CHAIRMAN, Lee Ann Butler Owens
Founder of Lullalee Productions & Services, Owens is an author, composer, an inspirational speaker, and voice over artist. Owens has been positioned in numerous leadership positions for a major airline over 20 years; is a member of the following prestigious organizations: Phi Theta Kappa, The International Dean’s List, SCBWI, ASCAP and is the recipient of several scholarships for her outstanding continuing education commitment.
Lullalee promotes positive concepts through reading, art and music for children and young adults with special needs.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR/PRODUCTIONS - Merlin K Owens
Owens is Entrepreneur and CEO of East West Tele Media International, a web casting and technology-based business. Owens’ focal point is on programs that educated and assist disadvantaged children of Africa and has spent 30 years in the music industry- composing, producing and performing.
EVENT COORDINATOR -Reena Evers
Evers is the Daughter of Slain Civil Rights Leader- Medgar Evers and Mrylie Evers-Williams Civil Rights Activist. (Evers-Williams, Chairman of the NAACP- 1996-1999) Evers continues the legacy of her parents though speaking engagements and appearances. Evers sits on the board of several institutions and foundations that assist the needs of underprivileged communities.
EVENT COORDNATOR- Nikolis R. Smith
Smith is a recent Graduate of the University of Hawaii. During his tenure of discipline, Smith was the Head Resident Advisor for the YMCA Atherton Branch, studied abroad in Austria, Germany and China. A fluent Mandarin speaker, Smith is focused on the education and development of young adults worldwide.
TREASURER- Bobby Ann Howe
Howe is Director of Public Affairs for KTYM Radio in Inglewood California.
CEO of K-MOMS (a collaborating entity with LPS), Howe has spent 15 years dedicated to community service for underprivileged individuals in the greater Los Angeles area and received numerous awards including “Honorary Good Will Ambassador to Japan”.
CURRICULUM SPECIALIST- Brent Albert
Albert is an award winning special education teacher that spent 25 years in the Sarasota Florida School System. He was the Director of “Special Olympics” in Sarasota County for several years. He reviews all material of LPS to ensure the curricula we offer is sensitive, multi-cultural and age appropriate.

Founder of Edmonds & Associates and Spectrum Productions, Edmonds’ expertise is across the board in a host of sectors. His role as a Pastor, community advocated, composer, producer and legal advisor is aligned with his previous business association of youth organization commerce and concept. He has spent over 25 years in community service
EVENT COORDINATOR- Colleen Howe
Howe is an event specialist for LPS. Howe has assisted several companies in production, presentation and staging events for 10 years. Howe’s long-term objective is assist foster care organizations with necessary tools for literacy programs.
